Food OK, service was good. The facility is pretty worn out and needs a refresh.

We have been to Dennys in many cities throughout California and Oregon. I must say this location was the worst I have been in. The food was consistent but the service was inexcusable. Took forever to be seated, then the waitress shows up and introduces herself as the person to assist us, then we never saw her again. My order was wrong, never refilled our coffee. On and on...... we'll never return !

It's Denny's. Not sure what else needs to be said. The food was average, the price was good, and the service was average. Had to flag the server down for a water refill but overall a typical experience. The Santa Fe Scramble was ok.

Sure it's Denny's, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. This one has a new cook who can make an awesome, fluffy omelet. A bit of a rarity nowadays. Service is excellent and cheerful. Try to sit in Stephanie's section.

One of our worst experiences ever. We rely on Denny's when traveling. This one was right off I-5 and near a gas station. It was a Sunday and we stopped for lunch. Yes, they were busy, but we were seated right away. It took a while but we got beverages and placed our order. After 45 minutes we were told our meals were next up. We had checked earlier and got the same news. Finally, our meal arrived and it was horrible. The egg white omelet was floating in brown liquid. I got my fresh fruit, my husband did not. We were told would get a 20% discount because of the delay. Not even close. Could not figure out what number they based that on. Why didn't we just leave? Good question! Just thought we would be starting over somewhere else and be even later on the road. We should have left... Won't be stopping there in the future.

We were at Denny's on Memorial Day for breakfast. The service was extremely slow and the only one really hustling was a bus boy who took some initiative to get us seated before we walked back out the door. (The place wasn't that busy.) We finally ordered but it took us a very long time to get our food. The waitress kept apologizing but after so long, that simply wasn't working. When we did get our food, it was good but it seems like there is always some sort of a problem at any Denny's Restaurant. Probably won't go anymore.

Well, it's still the worst Denny's of all time. Worst omelette ever. E V E R!!!!! Prices too high for the shit food--and it's pretty crazy that I have to say that. Denny's is known for not great food at really cheap prices. Our waiter was friendlier this time, though, so we actually tipped.

After several days in the road, good food was welcome. The food was great, hit the spot. The service was wonderful. I'm giving this Denny's 3 stars cause the building needs cleaned. The tables, seats and utensils were clean. But the walls need washed, the floors need scrubbed, the carpets need cleaned. There was a layer of grime on the cash register. The clock on the wall had a layer of dust and and grime on it. All in all the food was great! And the service was pleasant.

Great location right of I-5 and right back on. Great place to grab a bite and get back on the road. Country fried skillet was filling and delicious! Great Value

People are just jerks with these reviews! Dennys was super busy when we came here, and our waiter still did great! The food was just as great as the one in Roseburg and Eugene! I noticed the $2, $4, $6, $8 menu is much smaller than it used to be but prices aren't that much higher, it's due to the economy everyone is suffering. My only complaint is there needs to be more than 1 bathroom stall for women! :P I wish Medford would get a Dennys! Count yourselves as lucky to have it Grants Pass people! ;)

Ordered a skillet and specifically requested for cheese to be place on the side. FAILED. Food came out with cheese slathered all over. The waitered said it wasn't doable and ask if I want to send it back. No thanks I don't want a side of spit on my order. He handed us the bill before serving our dessert. To top it off, they overcharged on one of our orders. Come on fellas...

Wouldn't normally write a review on Denny's... but this place smelled like urine! Food was super...but, you have to ignore the smell. Also, super easy to pull on/off the freeway to eat here.

Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...this place wins it for Denny's. With just a few customers at 9 p.m. July 1, 2010, the order took forever to arrive, no coffee refills, and the food was sub par! I They certainly made me and my family invisible to themI swear this is the last Denny's I'll ever go to!
